Tammy Roalsvig, MA, CAPM, LSSGB-H has over 15 years of experience in project management. Tammy began their career in 2005 as a Transfusion Services Supervisor/Senior Clinical Technologist at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. In 2012, they became a Project Manager at Haemonetics. In 2016, they began working as a Contract Project Manager, (IT) Laboratory Applications at MemorialCare. In 2018, they were a Contract Project Manager, HIS at Erie County Medical Center Corporation and a Consultant, Blood Bank Validations at BC Solutions, LLC. In 2019, they became a Project Manager at Windsong Radiology Group PC and a Contract Project Manager, Project Delivery Office at Fidelis Care. Tammy currently serves as a Scientific Project Manager at OmniSeq.

Tammy Roalsvig has a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University, obtained in 2013. Tammy also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from the University at Buffalo.
