Matthew Benham

Matthew Benham is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in technical support and implementations. Currently serving as an Implementations Specialist and previously as an Advanced Services Senior Engineer at Sangoma, Matthew excels in providing 2nd tier support for complex systems at Omnisys and held a Tier 3 Technical Support role at Star2Star Communications. Prior experience includes desktop support at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, program coordination at TechHouse IT Consulting Solutions, and various technical roles in telecommunications and installation with Verizon Communications and Kangas and Associates. Matthew founded and operated Benham Carpentry and Remodeling, LLC, demonstrating skills in home renovation and project management. Matthew holds an Associate of Science Degree in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute and an Associate of Arts degree in Ballet from the Florida School of the Arts.
