Jennifer Cotton has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jennifer started their career as a Freelance Photographer in 2010, specializing in capturing high school seniors, engagements, weddings, and families. Jennifer demonstrated outstanding editing skills and creative expression to produce captivating photographs with visual consistency.

In 2012, they worked at Sinclair Community College as an Assistant Editor, where they provided expert oversight for a 10-page publication. Jennifer led a reporting staff of 12, shaped reporting strategy, and trained news staff. Due to their exceptional reporting and writing skills, they were promoted to Assistant Editor. Jennifer also mentored and coached the reporting staff, provided organizational leadership, and developed a comprehensive social media marketing strategy.

Starting in 2017, Jennifer served as a Content Writer at Vivial, where they produced compelling marketing content for businesses. Jennifer also created comprehensive business profiles and trained new content writing staff. Jennifer played a key role in producing informative and compelling online directory profiles and website copy for various businesses across the United States.

From 2019 to 2020, Jennifer worked as a Prospect Research Associate at the University of Arizona Foundation. In this role, they researched, analyzed, and consolidated information on donors for the University. Jennifer developed clear profiles and biographies of prospects and provided research support for regional and local events. Jennifer effectively collaborated with frontline fundraisers to ensure accurate and comprehensive prospect information.

In 2021, Jennifer took on the role of a Content Marketing Writer and Freelance Marketing Writer, working closely with content managers and clients to develop marketing content that reflects company ideals. Jennifer wrote full websites, headings, landing pages, blog posts, and descriptions to maximize exposure. Most recently, in 2023, Jennifer joined Omnitail as a Content Marketing Specialist. Jennifer'sprimary focus is on writing, editing, and proofreading omnichannel marketing content throughout the entire marketing lifecycle. Jennifer Cotton attended Franklin High School from 2006 to 2010. Jennifer then pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Multimedia Journalism at Sinclair Community College from 2010 to 2014. Jennifer subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Wright State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016.
