Ville Hämäläinen

Ville Hämäläinen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in network security and innovative solutions. Currently serving as a Board Member at Omnitele since April 2023, Ville has held the position of Chief Technology Officer at RELEX Solutions since April 2019. Prior to these roles, Ville was the Senior Director of Network Security Engineering at Forcepoint, LLC from August 2004 to March 2019, overseeing research and development for Stonesoft NGFW and Sidewinder FW and leading the Helsinki site. Ville's career also includes serving as Development Manager at Artemis Finland from February 1998 to August 2004, and as a Software Engineer at Votek Oy from June 1994 to June 1997. Ville Hämäläinen holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, earned between 1997 and 2003.
