Dipti Dhawan

Dipti Dhawan has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Most recently, they co-founded a stealth startup in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Engineering at omnius starting in 2020. In 2019, they had the role of Engineering Manager at Babbel. Before that, they held the position of Engineering Manager at Flaconi from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they served as an Agile Project Manager at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE from 2015 to 2016 and as the Head of Project Management at EPIC Companies from 2013 to 2014. Dipti also worked as a Project Manager at GameDuell from 2012 to 2013. Dipti Dhawan gained experience in the education sector as a Reform Fellow/Product Manager at the Louisiana Department of Education from 2011 to 2012. Dipti began their professional journey as an Organizational Development Specialist at Jo Ann Stores from 2010 to 2011. Dipti Dhawan also pursued their education during this time, completing their studies as a student at Case Western Reserve University from 2008 to 2010. Dipti Dhawan has an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Strategy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Dipti also has a B.E. degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Dipti Dhawan has certifications including the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in December 2017, and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2012.
