Migle Cape

Migle Cape has work experience in various positions related to analytics and data management. Migle is currently the Head of Baltic Analytics and Reporting at Omniva since January 2023. In this role, they manage project activities, communicates with stakeholders, ensures the delivery of valuable insights, maintains Power BI server and reports, cooperates with the Baltic States, and provides advice to different departments.

Previously, Migle worked at PwC as the Digital, Data & Analytics Leader from April 2021 to December 2021. Before that, they held roles as Audit Manager, Senior Audit Associate, and Audit Associate in the Assurance department. Migle'sresponsibilities included project management, analysis of financial statements, dealing with complex financial reporting areas, data analytics, and examination of financial and accounting records.

Migle Cape pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at ISM University of Management and Economics from 2013 to 2017. Following this, in 2020 and 2021, they completed a Professional Certificate Program in Data Science through Harvard Online. Migle continued their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Mathematical Sciences with a focus on Data Science from Vilnius University between 2023 and 2025. Alongside their formal education, Migle also obtained several additional certifications, including being certified as an Alteryx Core Certified professional in December 2019 and an Alteryx Designer Advanced Certified professional in June 2020. They also earned a certification as an RPA Developer for UiPath from Udacity in September 2021, and lastly, they achieved an Overall Band Score of 7 on the IELTS Academic exam in January 2013.
