Shaun Zheng

Shaun Zheng has over 15 years of experience in sales operations and management. Shaun is currently the Head of Global Sales Operation at OmniVision Technologies, Inc., where they report directly to the Senior VP of WW Sales & Marketing. In this role, they oversee the company's sales force effectiveness and manages essential functions such as annual planning, reporting, quota setting, and sales process development. Prior to this, Shaun worked at Cypress Semiconductor as a Sales Operations Manager and Distribution Sales Manager, where they were responsible for sales plan development, demand planning, forecasting, and distribution channel management. Shaun also led a distribution segmentation marketing program to deploy Cypress products. Earlier in their career, Shaun worked at Fairchild Semiconductor as a Sales Manager, managing regional sales activities and leading the South China team. Overall, Shaun has a proven track record of driving sales force productivity, optimizing sales processes, and effectively managing distribution channels.

Shaun Zheng obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology in 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Xi'an Jiaotong University from 2008 to 2011.
