In 2011, they worked as a Retail Sales Representative at Honda of Annapolis, where they asked customers open-ended questions to help present the right vehicle to fit their budget and needs, and demoed vehicles to customers. In 2012, they worked as a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, where they drove the frontline sales of AT&T and provided first line customer and technical support. In 2017, they worked at JHC Technology, Inc. as a Cloud Cost Analysis, providing support to clients and creating and managing invoices. In 2018, they worked at Best Buy as a Geek Squad Auto Tech, where they installed technology components and provided technical advice and assistance. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Ricoh USA, Inc. as an Information Technology Help Desk Teir 2, and is currently working at Omnyon as a System Engineer.
Richard Reid obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix between 2014 and 2016. Richard then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Advance Networking from the same university between 2016 and 2018. During this time, they also obtained certifications from CompTIA (Security+), Amazon Web Services (AWS Cloud Practitioner), and Mobile Electronic Certifications Professionals (MECP) in 2018.
