Maurizio Galante

Maurizio Galante is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various companies. Currently serving as General Manager and Chief Operations Officer at OMP Mechtron SPA since January 2017, Maurizio is responsible for the company's profitability and the promotion of its culture and vision. Previously, as General Manager at OMP Mechtron Co. Ltd. Shanghai from July 2009 to December 2016, Maurizio successfully established plant operations and developed strategic business plans. Maurizio also held the position of Operations Manager at Refcomp Shanghai Co. Ltd. from August 2005 to June 2009, where responsibilities included budgeting, cost management, and ERP system implementation. Earlier roles included Plant Director at OMP spa and Plant Manager at ABB. Maurizio holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University, earned between 2007 and 2009.
