Joao Gondim

Joao Gondim has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Líder de Produção at OMR Automotive since August 2017, where responsibilities include managing team productivity, ensuring zero accidents and defects through training, and overseeing the implementation of ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. Prior to this role, Joao worked at CNH Industrial from March 2010 to December 2016 as Supervisor de Produção, where achievements included implementing World Class Manufacturing methodologies and leading a large team in vehicle assembly. Joao also held various positions at Iveco from April 2001 to March 2010, starting as Operador de Produção and advancing to leadership roles, focusing on vehicle finalization processes. Joao's career began at Fazenda Aldeia, where agricultural support and machinery operation were key duties. Joao holds a degree in Superior de Tecnologia em Processos Gerenciais from UNOPAR and completed an English course in 2016.
