Lindsay Clerkx

Lindsay Clerkx has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lindsay began their career in 2004 with a consultancy project at tesa (Beiersdorf) and later worked at Nauta Dutilh as a receptionist until 2005. Lindsay then joined Hay Group as a consultant from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they volunteered in Ecuador for Fundacion Don Bosco & El Buen Pastor before becoming an HR Manager at Givaudan from 2009 to 2011. Lindsay then worked at Prologis in various HR roles, including Director of HR Business Partners and Director of Learning & Organisational Development. Lindsay joined Omron Healthcare Europe in 2014 as a Senior HR Business Partner before being promoted to HR Director for EMEA in 2018.

Lindsay Clerkx obtained a MscBA degree in Human Resource Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, from the years 2005 to 2007. Lindsay also obtained a certification in Coaching for Professionals from the School voor Coaching in 2013 and 2014. Prior to their MscBA degree, Lindsay attended Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. Lindsay has additional certifications in Understanding and Designing Progressive Organisational Structures from Corporate Rebels, the OPQ certification from CEB SHL, and MBTI Step I and II certification from OPP.
