Michelle Turek-Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michelle started their career in 1996 as an Assistant Manager at Burger King Corporation, where they were responsible for hiring employees, creating schedules, and conducting monthly inventory counts. In 1998, they joined Delta Power Hydraulic Company as a Customer Service Sales Administrator, managing customer orders, providing support for the inside sales team, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems. Michelle worked at Delta Power Hydraulic Company until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Michelle worked at Rockford Process Control, Inc. as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, they provided customer support services. Currently, they serve as the Customer Operations Process Team Lead at OMRON Healthcare, Inc.

Michelle Turek-Davis earned a CNA certification from Rock Valley College in 2009. Michelle also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Physical Sciences from the same college, completed between 1986 and 1998.
