Customer Success Manager at OMRT

Natalia Téllez has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Natalia recently joined OMRT as a Customer Success Manager in 2022. Prior to this, Natalia worked as a Circular Economy Researcher for Habitat for Humanity Nederland from November 2021 to July 2022, where they focused on implementing circular materials and methods for affordable housing in Kenya. Before that, they worked at SUM as part of the Business Development team from December 2020 to June 2022. During their time at SUM, they led the affordability and viability case and won 1st place in the Affordability and Viability award competition.

Natalia also has experience in architecture, having worked as an Architect for Caleo Arquitectura from February 2017 to July 2020. In this role, they worked on designing architectural plans and managing carpentry designs for a multi-family housing project in Bogotá, Colombia. Additionally, they worked as an Art Director for Saavedra Visual from April 2009 to July 2019, where they organized and coordinated exhibitions at various locations.

Earlier in their career, Natalia worked as a Production Manager/Artist for Juan Cortes in 2016 and as an Architect for Niño Murcia Arquitectos/Monumental Arquitectura/Altiplano Estudio de Arquitectura in 2016, where they participated in architectural competitions and designed architectural models.

Natalia's work experience also includes positions at Universidad de los Andes, where they served as an Architect Scholar in 2012, participating in a competition on social development and conducting research on affordable housing and urban integration models. Additionally, they worked as an Intern at the university, assisting with drafting, designing, and overseeing construction projects.

Lastly, Natalia worked as a Teacher Assistant at Universidad de los Andes in 2010, where they mentored students and guided them in their projects related to Art Direction in Fictional Spaces. Overall, Natalia Téllez's work experience showcases their skills in customer success, circular economy research, business development, architecture, art direction, and teaching.

Natalia Téllez obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from Universidad de Los Andes, where they studied from 2009 to 2016. During their time at the same university, they also pursued a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Project Architecture from 2010 to 2015. In 2013, Natalia participated in an exchange program as a student at the ETSAM in Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Natalia then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Architecture, Urbanism and Building Sciences with a specialization in Management in the Built Environment at Delft University of Technology from 2020 to 2022.
