H. Lovelyn Bettison has been working in the writing industry since 2008, when they became self-employed as a freelance writer. In 2018, they began working as a freelance copywriter for Bettison Copywriting Services and as a copywriter and email marketing expert for Omstars.

H. Lovelyn Bettison obtained a Coaching Certification from The Robbins-Madanes Center Strategic Intervention in 2016 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Goddard College in 1994, with a focus in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities.
