Kathy Williams

Kathy Williams is a seasoned professional in the fields of wellness and personal development, currently serving as a Radio Host for OMTimes Media since February 2019, where the show "Sexy Mom Abundant Life" provides listeners with insights to access abundance in various life aspects. As the CEO and Chief Creator of IOTransformation since February 2012, Kathy focuses on stress reduction methodologies, while also owning Smart Relief Yoga Therapy since 2005, conducting workshops and personal sessions to facilitate Consciousness. Previous experience includes serving as a speaker for Stress Management Services from 2006 to 2009, where Kathy developed stress reduction programs for local organizations, and performing as a dancer with Alabama Ballet from 2000 to 2003. Kathy's extensive education includes degrees in Healing Light Therapies and certifications in Ayurvedic Medicine, Advanced Yoga Instruction, and as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist from esteemed institutions such as New World School of Ayurveda and the American Viniyoga Institute.
