Adela Margaritescu is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Head of Rewards & Operations in the People & Culture Department at OMV Petrom since August 2022, Adela previously held the role of HR Business Partner for Exploration & Production at OMV, managing operations across multiple countries, including Tunisia, Norway, Russia, and Libya. Adela's extensive career includes leadership positions at OMV Petrom, Rompetrol, Autoklass Center, Dacia, and RTC Group, reflecting a solid track record in human resource management. Adela holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from IMD and a Licenced degree in International Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
