Cristian Hubati

Cristian Hubati is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at OMV Petrom since January 2021, Cristian oversees Exploration and Production activities. Previous roles include Vice President positions at OMV in both Value Center Operations and Domestic Assets, and Senior Advisor to the Executive Board Member Upstream. Cristian's career at OMV Petrom spans multiple leadership positions, including Development Business Unit Director and Logistics Director, among others. In addition to board memberships at PetroMed and Federația Patronală Petrol și Gaze, Cristian held the role of CEO at Rominserv SA, Rompetrol. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Open University Business School and various executive education programs, complemented by a BA in Electrical and Power Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
