Sandro Fehlmann

Sandro Fehlmann is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience at Vontobel since January 2016, currently serving as Senior IT Service Manager, specializing in Agile coaching and change management for Microsoft 365. Previously, Sandro held the position of Head Digital Workplace, overseeing a team and leading agile processes for IT Operations affecting 150 people, while also guiding the Digital Workplace strategy and user community for Microsoft Teams. Sandro's career includes roles as Deputy Head IT Service Management and IT Project Manager at Finter Bank Zürich, where responsibilities included infrastructure management and coordination, and prior experiences at Schmid Telecom AG as Head IT and IT Systems Engineer, managing both local and global IT infrastructures.
