Svein Torland

Svein Torland is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional, currently serving as the Procurement Lead for the Berling Project at OMV since May 2025. Prior to this role, Svein held significant positions at Sval Energi, including VP Supply Chain and VP Procurement from June 2022 to May 2025. Svein's extensive background also includes serving as Head of Procurement for Capital Projects and Decommissioning at Spirit Energy, as well as various managerial roles at Centrica Energy, Talisman Energy Norge AS, BP, and Amoco Norway Oil Company. Svein holds degrees from Oslo and Akershus University College and the University of Agder (UiA).
