Robert M. Witham (He/Him)

Robert M. Witham (He/Him) has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on value-based networks and provider engagement. Robert M. currently holds the position of Regional Vice President, Value-Based Networks at On Belay Health Solutions since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Provider Engagement Executive at Humana from April 2019 to December 2022, where they led diverse teams in developing positive relationships with physicians and healthcare systems. From December 2017 to March 2019, they were a Strategic Account Manager at Envera Health, responsible for managing strategic accounts and achieving business goals. Before that, they worked at Molina Healthcare as a Manager of Provider Contracts, where they introduced value-based payment models and established a network of providers. Robert M. also has experience at United Healthcare as a Clinical Practice Consultant, overseeing the performance of value-based contracts and achieving shared savings targets. In addition to their healthcare experience, Witham served as a Medical Services Officer in the United States Army Reserve from February 2002 to October 2015, managing clinical relationships and providing training to soldiers. Robert M. also held roles in practice operations management at VCU Health System and operations and equipment management at ARAMARK Healthcare. Witham has a strong background in financial and clinical performance management, relationship building, and strategic planning in the healthcare industry.

Robert M. Witham (He/Him) obtained their Master of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of Kentucky from 2003 to 2007. Robert M. has also obtained a certification in CPR & AED from SOLO First Aid in April 2022.
