Tory Ricalis

Tory Ricalis has extensive experience in project management and construction. Starting in 2009 as an Assistant Site Manager at Tucker HiRise Construction Inc., they developed site management plans, implemented quality control procedures, and ensured compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety procedures. In 2014, they became a Project Manager at Schendel Mechanical Contracting Ltd, responsible for establishing project expectations, budgets, and delivering mechanical projects from design to completion. They then joined Empire Communities in 2016 as an Assistant Project Manager, taking on various responsibilities such as coordinating shop drawings, pricing purchaser upgrades, and expediting trade and consultant work. In 2020, they joined Reliance Construction Group as a Project Manager, leading project teams to ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with design documents. In 2022, Tory founded On Chain Listings and serves as the CEO.

Tory Ricalis has a Project Management Certificate from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), which was obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, Tory attended the University of Toronto from 2013 to 2014, focusing on LEED Green Buildings. Tory also holds a degree in GIS and Urban Planning from Fanshawe College, completed from 2006 to 2009. Apart from their educational background, Tory has obtained various additional certifications, including the Gold Seal from the Canadian Construction Association, Procore Certified in various project management areas, and training in Primavera P6 and construction health and safety.
