Erika Batista

Erika Batista is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and business development. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Intuition and a Board Member at On Deck, Erika leads the Runway Fund investment team with a focus on early-stage investments emerging from the On Deck Founders program. Notable previous roles at On Deck include VP of Expansion, where Erika oversaw global expansion and business development efforts, and GM for Europe, Middle East & Africa, successfully launching the first international market. In addition to these roles, Erika is an active angel investor and advisor for multiple startups and investment firms. Erika holds an LLM in Law & Economics from the Erasmus Mundus European Master program and a degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
