Naitik Mehta

Naitik Mehta is an accomplished professional with experience in startup recruiting and design, having held various roles at StartupBake as V2 and V1 in recruiting, as well as leading a side project. Naitik served as a Fellow at On Deck and contributed as a Maker at Minimal Linkedin. Additionally, Naitik was part of the founding team at Memberstack (YC S20), where responsibilities encompassed design and growth. Naitik co-founded NextBillion.org and holds a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in Interaction Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design.
