Padmini Gupta

Padmini Gupta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the fintech and banking sectors. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Xare since January 2021 and an OD Fintech Fellow at On Deck, Padmini Gupta was previously the CEO and Co-Founder of rise from January 2016 to December 2020. Padmini Gupta also held the position of Group Managing Director at Gupta Family Offices between 2010 and 2015 and was a Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum from 2006 to 2009. Earlier in Padmini Gupta's career, a role was fulfilled as Vice President of Business Banking at First National Bank from 1999 to 2004. Padmini Gupta holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
