Greg Hill

Director of Systems Engineering at On-Line Applications Research Corporation

Greg Hill has worked in the systems engineering field for over 30 years. Greg began their career at Teledyne Brown Engineering in 1987, where they served as Systems Engineering Lead and managed activities of systems engineering teams for 10 NASA Spacelab missions. In 1996, they transitioned to Boeing, where they were a Software/Systems Engineer and lead software engineering efforts to define, develop and coordinate Configuration and Control software requirements. In 2007, they joined D&SCI as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they conducted requirements management system trade study and procured Jama Software as a product delivery platform to support Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 Rating. In 2014, they moved to Wyle CAS Group as a Senior Systems Engineer, and then in 2018, they returned to OAR Corporation as Director of Systems Engineering.

Greg Hill's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Technology from Athens State University (1983-1985), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Florida Institute of Technology (1989-1991), and a Master of Science (MS) in Systems Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (2004-2006).

In addition to their formal education, Greg Hill holds several certifications. These include an Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) from the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) obtained in November 2016, an Instrument Pilot Rating from the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA obtained in August 2009, an Introduction to Radars from Auburn University obtained in May 2006, a Network Centric Operations from the University of Alabama in Huntsville obtained in September 2003, a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) from the Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University obtained in June 2003, and a Private Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA obtained in August 1997.
