Carol McLaughlin is a seasoned technical expert with extensive experience in engineering and sales roles. Currently serving as a Technical Expert at On Line Design, Inc. since April 2013, Carol specializes in Enovia. Prior to this, Carol worked as a Sales Engineer at Converting Components, LLC, and Webex, Inc., where responsibilities included cultivating customer relationships and reverse engineering components for performance optimization. Earlier experience includes an engineering role at Process Packaging & Control, Inc., where equipment redesign and operator training were key tasks, as well as supporting the Bounty brand at Procter & Gamble Company through experimental design and analysis. Carol holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Dayton.
