Alexis Rohe

Alexis Rohe is a seasoned consultant currently with ON Partners, a premier retained executive search firm, since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Lockton Companies from January 2016 to September 2021, where Alexis focused on attracting a diverse talent pool for a leading insurance brokerage. Alexis also held roles at Frontline Source Group as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and Division Manager from July 2013 to January 2016, and as an Executive Recruiter with Randstad USA from October 2012 to July 2013. Alexis earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business, graduating in 2012.
