Lenny Vairo

Lenny Vairo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As a Partner at ON Search Partners since April 2015, Vairo brings substantial expertise to the firm. Vairo also serves on the Board of Trustees at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center since March 2006, where the role includes Chairing the Patient Care & Assessment Committee. Prior positions include Managing Director at both Russell Reynolds Associates from February 2004 to April 2015 and Christian & Timbers from February 1996 to January 2004. Lenny Vairo holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Education was completed at Southbridge High School, graduating in 1975.
