Praf Vagh

Praf Vagh is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in executive search and leadership advisory roles. Currently a Partner at ON Partners since 2023, Vagh focuses on building diverse C-level and board leadership teams. Vagh also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Elena Baltacha Foundation and invests in companies through Lifeed. Previous roles include Executive Search/Assessment Consultant at Eric Salmon & Partners, Managing Director and Founder of MPI Eden, and Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, among others. With a solid foundation in Chemical Engineering from The University of Salford, Vagh has established a career centered on developing long-term relationships and delivering high-quality service across various industries and regions.
