Suzanne Zebedee

Suzanne Zebedee is a Partner at ON Partners. Suzanne has over 20 years of experience in executive recruitment, business development, and research.

Suzanne started their career as a Postdoctoral Associate at SIBIA in 1988. Suzanne then became Director at Johnson & Johnson in 1990. In 1993, they moved to Applied Molecular Evolution as Vice President of Business Development.

In 2000, Suzanne joined Korn/Ferry International as Senior Client Partner. Korn/Ferry is the executive recruitment industry’s leader and innovator. Suzanne helped clients find executive positions that were the ideal background, attitude, and approach for the client.

In 2010, Suzanne became a Partner at ON Partners. ON Partners is a retained executive search firm that partners with boards and CEOs to build transformational leadership teams. Suzanne uses their extensive experience to help clients find the right leaders for their companies.

Suzanne Zebedee completed their Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology at Northwestern University. Prior to that, they completed their A.B. in Biochemistry at Mount Holyoke College.
