Talei Tarakinikini

Talei has been with On-Ramps since 2021 as a Search Analyst. Prior to On-Ramps, Talei managed high-volume recruiting as a Project Coordionator at Tradesmen International, a staffing agency in the construction industry. She also has experience in the retail industry as her first role in HR was as a Generalist at Target.

Talei graduated in 2018 from the University at Buffalo, SUNY, with a major in English and a minor in Architecture. Originally from the Fiji Islands, Talei spent the second half of her childhood on Long Island, NY where she currently resides with her son, Tobias and her older sister, Ilisabeta. Prior to living on Long Island, she also lived with her family in Israel and Nepal, both places she absolutely loved. In her free time, Talei loves to draw and paint, catch up on a good book, and spend quality time with her son.
