Dimitri Lungo

Dimitri Lungo is a seasoned professional in retail training and enablement, currently serving as the Global Retail Training Senior Lead at On since October 2023. In this role, Dimitri is responsible for establishing and overseeing On's Retail Training department, implementing global training programs, and leading the development of a regional training team across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. Prior to On, Dimitri held various leadership positions at Zalando, Luxottica, Burberry, and Bloomberg LP, consistently focusing on training strategy, team development, and the implementation of innovative learning solutions. Dimitri holds a BA in Chinese and International Development from the University of Leeds and completed a year abroad at National Chengchi University, specializing in Chinese Language and Literature.
