Franky Wahl

Franky Wahl has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Franky is currently employed as a Principal Software Engineer at On since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Fraud/Spam Filter since February 2018. From January 2017 to August 2021, Franky served as a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at UserTesting, where they made significant contributions to the development of multiple core products and played a key role in implementing a new pricing and packaging model that generated $5M in revenue. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Funding Circle US for a short period in 2016. Before that, from October 2013 to April 2016, they worked at New Relic, Inc. as a Software Engineer, contributing to the design and implementation of highly available and secure business services. Prior to their professional career, Franky attended General Assembly's Web Development Immersive program in 2013. Franky also worked as a Freelancer from November 2011 to May 2012. Furthermore, they conducted research into Multicore Simulation at ICSA from May 2010 to January 2011. Franky's early experiences include working as a Co-Manager at WeeFavR for a brief period in 2009, as well as an Intern at Mirabaud & Cie in 2007.

Franky Wahl completed their high school education at Bunsen Gymnasium and Magdalen College School from 2003 to 2004. Franky then pursued a degree in Physics and Applied Mathematics at College de Candolle from 2002 to 2006. Following this, Franky attended The University of Edinburgh from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained an MEng in Electronics and Computer Sciences.
