Gerald Marolf

Gerald Marolf has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Gerald is currently the Chief Product Officer at On since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Product at On from October 2022 to June 2023. Before joining On, they were the Head of Performance All Day at On from March 2020 to October 2022.

In 2016, they co-founded Malvaux, a Swiss Knife company. Gerald also co-founded HV Italic, a design and technology company, in 2017, and worked there until March 2020. Additionally, they co-founded HVX, a technology company, from December 2015 to December 2019.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Gerald worked at Hinderling Volkart AG as an Executive Producer from August 2015 to December 2016. Gerald also gained valuable experience at Microsoft, where they held various roles including Executive Producer from July 2013 to August 2015 and Director of MSN & Bing Marketing Western Europe from June 2011 to July 2013. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Producer and Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft from 2007 to 2011.

Gerald's earlier career includes roles at Radio 3FACH as the Head of Marketing & Communications from September 2003 to December 2006, and at ZKG Advertising Agency as a Project Lead from January 2001 to June 2003.

Gerald Marolf completed their Master of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Economics and Business Administration, from the University of Zurich in 2005. During their time at the university, they also pursued a Diploma in Political Sciences at Lund University from 2004 to 2005.
