Hélder Fernandes

Hélder Fernandes has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance. Hélder started their career in 2018 at Booking.com, where they worked as a CS Learning and Development - Quality Advisor. In this role, they were responsible for developing and improving learning programs, enhancing performance through targeted learning activities, and analyzing data to drive results. Hélder later transitioned to the role of CS Learning and Development - Quality Executive, where they designed and executed e-learning courses and audited customer service interactions.

In 2021, Hélder joined Concentrix as a Quality Manager. In this position, they led a team, fostered professional development, and promoted teamwork. Hélder also maintained accurate metrics of individual and team performance and managed resources across different accounts.

Most recently, Hélder joined On in 2023 as a Quality Assurance Lead EMEA.

Hélder Fernandes completed their education with a Masters in Medical Parasitology from the Institute of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in Lisbon from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology with specialization in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Algarve in Faro from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields such as Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, Design Thinking Certification, Agile Project Management and Delivery Certification, Lean Management For All Sectors Certification, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, Instructional Design Certification, and Database Management Certification.
