Hyeyoung Lee

Hyeyoung Lee has extensive experience in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and business development roles. Hyeyoung is currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Planning at On since October 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Supply Chain at On from June 2022 to September 2023. From December 2019 to June 2022, they held the position of Head of Procurement & Logistics at On. Before joining On, they worked at Emerson as a Strategy Manager, M&A and Strategy from January 2015 to December 2019. Hyeyoung also gained experience as a Summer Intern at Samsung Venture Investment Corporation in July and August 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Development Executive and Innovation Consultant at KINNEIR DUFORT DESIGN LTD. from January 2010 to August 2012, where they delivered design solutions for key clients and conceptualized innovative projects. Hyeyoung also worked as a Freelance Journalist for various design and business publications from May 2008 to August 2012. Additionally, they had internship experiences at Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics in 2008 and 2007 respectively.

Hyeyoung Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) from 2002 to 2008, including an exchange program at Delft University of Technology in 2005-2006. Hyeyoung later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from London Business School from 2012 to 2014. Furthermore, they earned a Master's Degree in Executive Master of European and International Business Law from the University of St.Gallen from 2016 to 2018.
