Lisa Solodovnikova

Lisa Solodovnikova is currently serving as the Senior Lead Supply Planning Apparel and Accessories at On since June 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa led demand and inventory planning at Mammut Sports Group AG and managed supply chain projects. Previous experience includes positions at Nike as the European Marketplace Operations Lead, where operational improvements were made for a partnership with Zalando, and at Nutricia as an Operational Project Manager focused on supplier relationships. Lisa's career began at Clondalkin Group as an HR Intern and included teaching English at the English Language Center Qatar. Academically, Lisa holds a Master of Science in Business Studies: International Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Studies, both from the University of Amsterdam, along with A2, As, and GCSEs from Doha College.
