Wesley Gilbert

Wesley Gilbert's work experience includes being the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at On since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Uber from 2015 to 2019, where they held roles as a Sourcing Manager in EMEA and a Talent Acquisition professional. In these positions, they played a key role in scaling Uber's global workforce. Wesley also worked at Google in 2015 as part of the Talent Acquisition team. Before transitioning into the field of recruitment, they worked as an Event Manager for various companies, including Nike, Virgin, Carling, and AMEX. Prior to that, they had a successful career as a professional actor, working for the BBC, Channel 4, Warner Brothers, and others.

Wesley Gilbert attended Middlesex University from 2005 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Acting. In 2017, they completed a Leadership & Strategy program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
