Edmund Suckow

Edmund Suckow is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Field Applications Engineer at onsemi since September 2016, Edmund leads the Boston FAE Team and manages global accounts, supporting applications in Silicon Carbide, Image Sensors, DC/DC power, motor drive, and solar inverters. Prior to this role, Edmund spent over 16 years at Fairchild Semiconductor as a Field Applications Engineer, where strong relationships with designers and attention to industry trends were emphasized. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Engineer for the US Department of Defense, managing military intelligence projects, and as a Power Electronics Engineer at NASA, focused on power supply designs for space applications. Edmund holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Robotics and Power Supply Design from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
