Joseph Rhayem

Joseph Rhayem has a background in modeling engineering, particularly in Spice Model extraction of complex high voltage DMOS devices. Currently, Joseph holds the title of Customer Quality Manager at ON Semiconductor, where Joseph focuses on developing optimized and electro-thermal robust high power devices. Additionally, Joseph has experience as a Project Manager and Modeling Manager Engineer, both roles involving the development and extraction of models and simulation tools for electro-thermal reliability prediction in high voltage high power devices.
