Joyce Hsiang

Joyce Hsiang currently serves as Senior Director of External Manufacturing/Foundry Operations at onsemi since February 2023. Prior to this role, Joyce held the position of Director, Head of Supply Management/Procurement/Planning/NPI/Foundry and OSAT at Rambus from July 2021 to February 2023. Joyce’s experience spans several prominent companies, including TSMC, where Joyce worked as a Senior Account Manager and Customer Service Department Manager from December 2007 to July 2021, and FormFactor Inc. as a Senior Marketing Manager in early 2007. Additional experience includes significant roles at Intel Corporation, Western Digital, Optical Specialties Inc., and Xicor Corporation. Joyce Hsiang holds two Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Case Western Reserve University.
