Kesavan Balakrishnan

Kesavan Balakrishnan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance engineering. Currently serving as a Senior QA Engineer at ON Semiconductor since November 2014, Kesavan plays a key role in driving internal quality improvements in FOL assembly, MOL, and EOL operations, while coordinating root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions for customer complaints using the 8D methodology. Prior to this position, Kesavan worked at Renesas Electronics Corporation from July 2008 to August 2014, focusing on monitoring, improving, and assuring the quality and reliability of Power Transistor products. Kesavan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University Malaysia Perlis, completed in 2008, and has a strong foundational education in science from Sek. Men. Keb. Kulim, Kedah, spanning from 1997 to 2003.
