Santosh Menon is a seasoned professional in technology development with extensive experience at onsemi since November 2006. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology Development in Central R&D, Santosh has spearheaded key strategic innovations across various technologies including Analog, BCD, and NVM, successfully taking initiatives from ideation through to qualification and enabling automotive product lines. Prior positions include designations such as Principal Member of Technical Staff, R&D Manager, and Corporate Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leadership in cross-functional teams and overall program management.
