Brandon Smith

Brandon Smith's work experience begins in 2022, where they currently work as a Senior Corporate Account Executive at ON Services. In this role, Brandon collaborates with new and existing clients to plan, execute, and grow their conferences and events. Prior to their current position, Brandon served as the Vice President of International Business Development at the U.S.-Africa Trade Council from 2018 onwards. Here, they spearheaded efforts to develop new products and implemented profit-driven revenue models. Brandon also streamlined technical service and logistics aspects, resulting in an annual savings of over $2 million.

Before their role at the U.S.-Africa Trade Council, Brandon worked as a Senior Regional Account Director at CommuterAds from 2017 to 2018. During this time, they aggressively prospected leads and built a substantial sales funnel through various marketing strategies. Additionally, they maintained superior customer service, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.

From 2016 to 2017, Brandon held the position of Senior Regional Sales Director at TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), where they planned, implemented, and directed new business strategies. Brandon also successfully recruited and developed a team of sales and account managers while meeting personal quotas.

Prior to their role at TASC, Brandon worked at Aflac Group Insurance as a Senior National Account Implementation Coordinator from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they managed and grew nationwide broker-driven business, strategized with account management to generate revenue growth, and oversaw the sales process. Brandon also played a key role in implementing digital innovations to enhance the consumer experience.

Brandon's earlier work experience includes positions at Colonial Life as a Senior New Business Developer from 2008 to 2011 and at GEORGE ROGERS FOUNDATION as a Senior Business Account Executive from 2006 to 2007.

Brandon Smith attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2001 to 2006. Brandon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Work during this time.
