Jim Fiebelkorn

Jim Fiebelkorn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jim began their career in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate from 1987 to 1993. Following this, they worked as a Senior Records Analyst and Document Control Coordinator at Dominion Energy from 1997 to 2003.

Jim then joined Electric Boat as a Production Planner from 2003 to 2005, where they managed personnel training programs and coordinated facility projects. Jim also gained experience as a Production Assistant at FOX28-WSJV news from 2005 to 2006, performing various duties in live and taped program production.

In 2005, Jim worked as a Radio Personality at WFRN, where they hosted a weeknight radio show and provided news broadcasts. Jim then moved on to Workplace Options, where they held several roles from 2007 to 2020. These included Legal/Financial Consultant and Legal Team Coach, Global Provider Relations Analyst and Credentialing Coordinator, Service Quality Manager, and Client Reporting Manager. Jim's responsibilities in these roles included managing service quality, providing analytics and reports, and coordinating client relations.

From 2020 to 2023, Jim joined MyComputerCareer and served as an Assistant Director of Quality Assurance, Contact Center Assistant Director, and Assistant Director of Quality Assurance (re-implementing and maintaining call center quality programs, analyzing performance, and providing recommendations for improvement).

Currently, Jim is working at ON Services as the Director of Audio Visual, where they manage in-house audio visual services in a hospitality environment. Jim'sresponsibilities include sales, venue relations, account management, equipment and labor scheduling, and personnel management. Jim also trains, mentors, and coaches direct reports.

Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated leadership skills, expertise in quality assurance, and a track record of improving processes and performance.
