Lance Hougdahl

Lance Hougdahl is an experienced animation and video production professional currently serving as Animation Lead and Animation & Video Editor at On-Site Studios since April 2018. In this role, Lance oversees the creation of client graphic packages and custom animations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines. Previously, as a Visual Media Producer at Leader Headgear since July 2015, Lance developed multimedia content to enhance marketing strategies and brand identity. Prior experience includes working as an Editor & Motion Graphics specialist at ASH Media/Viva la Video from September 2014 to March 2018, where Lance managed video editing and production for commercial campaigns, and as an Editor/Videographer for BadgerStateWrestling.com from 2012 to 2015, focusing on live event coverage. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, earned in 2014, with a major in Radio-TV-Film and minors in Secondary Education, Social Science, Economics, and History.
