Andrew Webb has over 10 years of experience in various roles related to customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing. Andrew started their career in 2010 at Gamesys as a CRM Executive, where they designed and managed CRM campaigns and implemented customer promotions. In 2012, they became the eCRM Manager, responsible for designing and optimizing all eCRM activity for the Social Studio products.

From 2017 to 2018, Andrew worked at PrettyLittleThing.com as the Head of CRM, implementing the Emarsys CRM platform and building a comprehensive strategy for business growth in the UK and international markets. Andrew managed campaign managers and email developers, as well as the annual CRM budget.
In 2018, Andrew joined Buzz Bingo as the Head of CRM, tasked with evolving the retail CRM strategy from mass communication to insight-driven segmentation with a digital channel approach.
In 2020, Andrew had a brief stint at Ruroc as the Customer Director, overseeing CRM, paid media, and customer experience functions. Andrew managed a team of marketing managers and customer experience executives.
Most recently, Andrew joined DFS in 2020 as a CRM & Digital Marketing professional. Their role involves overseeing CRM and digital marketing strategies for the company.
In 2022, Andrew commenced their role as the Head of Customisation at On the Beach.
