Shuvai Kawenya has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shuvai is currently the Head of Performance Marketing at On the Beach, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at JD Sports Fashion plc, where they held multiple roles over the course of several years. These roles included Group Paid Media Lead, Paid Media Lead, PPC Manager - Sports Division, Senior PPC Executive - Sports Division, and Paid Search Executive. Before joining JD Sports Fashion plc, Shuvai worked at iProspect UK as a Paid Search Assistant. Shuvai also gained experience as an Online Marketing Assistant at Mzansi Products LTD and as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at MCAD Inc. Shuvai's career started as a Marketing Assistant at Wimbai's Boudoir. Overall, Shuvai has a strong background in performance marketing and has worked across a range of industries.

Shuvai Kawenya began their education at St. Wilfrid's Catholic High School and Sixth Form College from 2003 to 2010. Shuvai then went on to attend The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy.
