Customer Booking Support at On The Beach Group

Steven Bayman has had diverse work experience in various roles within the travel and hospitality industry. Steven most recently worked as a Customer Booking Support at On the Beach since November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Reservations Executive at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from September 2019 until October 2021. Steven'srole involved reservations and customer service, but it was ended due to the impact of Covid-19 and lockdown. Before IHG®, Steven was a Reservations Supervisor at Clayton Hotels from February 2019 to September 2019. Steven also served as a Reservations Agent at DoubleTree by Hilton from August 2018 to February 2019. From 2015 to 2018, Steven was a Guest Services Manager at Hallmark Hotels, where they trained new personnel in the guest services department. Prior to that, they worked as a Receptionist at Menzies Hotels from August 2011 to June 2012. Earlier in their career, Steven gained experience as Cabin Crew at Virgin Atlantic Airways from January 2007 to April 2009 and at MyTravel Airways from September 2002 to December 2006.

Steven Bayman began their education at Alcester High School from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained 9 GCSEs. Steven then attended Stratford Upon Avon College from 1996 to 1998, completing A Levels and a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English with Media Studies at the University of Chichester. In 2008 to 2010, they enrolled at City College Brighton and earned an NVQ 1 and 2 in Hairdressing.
