Yasmin Bell

Yasmin Bell has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and organizations. Yasmin currently holds the position of Senior People Partner at On the Beach, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior People Business Partner at AO from 2021 to 2023, and as a People Business Partner from 2019 to 2021.

Before joining AO, Yasmin was an HR Business Partner at LateRooms and Super Break from 2018 to 2019, and an HR Advisor at LateRooms.com from 2017 to 2018. Yasmin also gained international experience as an HR Consultant at KPMG New Zealand from 2015 to 2016.

Yasmin started their career at Landis + Gyr as an HR Analyst from 2014 to 2015, and previously served as an HR Assistant at Landis+Gyr from 2013 to 2014. Yasmin began their professional journey as an HR Administrator at Manchester Solutions in 2012.

Yasmin's experience also includes a role as a Contracts Administrator at Bagnall & Morris Waste Services from 2010 to 2011.

Yasmin Bell completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management and Psychology at the University of Leeds from 2009 to 2012. Yasmin then pursued further education by enrolling at Liverpool Hope University from 2012 to 2013 to study for a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology.
